JacqsArtisan reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
Products
All products are handcrafted in small batches. As such, slight variations in colour, shape, and finish may occur. These variations are part of the unique nature of handmade items.
Every effort is made to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to availability.
In the unlikely event that an item is unavailable after purchase, you will be contacted promptly and offered a refund or alternative.
JacqsArtisan reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. JacqsArtisan does not store or have access to your payment details.
Delivery

While every effort is made to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond control.
