Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order and cleared payment.
If there are any delays, I will contact you promptly by email.
Please note that dispatch times may be affected during Bank Holidays, seasonal periods, or circumstances outside my control such as severe weather or postal disruptions.
All items are carefully and securely packaged to ensure they arrive safely.
Gift sets are thoughtfully packed, however as they are not shrink-wrapped, slight movement during transit may occur.
For made-to-order or bespoke items, delivery times will be confirmed by email.
Free UK delivery is available on orders over £50.
International Delivery
International shipping is available for orders up to approximately 2kg (around 16 bars of soap).
If your order exceeds this, please contact me and I will provide a postage quote.
Shipping options (Economy, Standard, and Tracked) are available depending on your location.
Please note that any customs charges, import duties, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
As all items (with the exception of soap dishes) are handcrafted, natural variations in appearance are to be expected and form part of their unique character.
While I always aim for consistency, slight differences in colour or finish may occur. Rest assured, the quality and ingredients remain the same.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to arrange a replacement or return.
